Who is Excel hygiene?
Excel hygiene a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office 12/155 D, Ground Floor, Kunnathunadu Peringala, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala, India – 683565, (“Excel Hygiene”) is a company which offers various quality hygiene products and services, including, through its website www.excelhygiene.com and which inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of (“Products”) by users of the Platforms (“Users”).
Terms of Delivery policy
Excel Hygiene collaborates with third-party logistic service providers to ensure product delivery to users (“Logistic Partners”). When the purchased Product(s) are handed over to the Logistic Partner by Excel Hygiene, the User will be provided with the details of the Logistic Partner who will be handling the shipment of the purchased Product(s). On the order confirmation page, the User will also be given an estimated delivery date for the purchased Product. Excel Hygiene may also deliver Products to Users without the assistance of Logistic Partners.
While Excel Hygiene aims to provide its services through Platforms and ensure the delivery of its Products throughout India, Excel Hygiene currently has a limited list of areas where delivery can be made. Users are required to enter their pin-code details when placing an order for the purchase of Products on the Platforms to verify if deliveries can be made in their areas. If the User requests that the purchased Products be delivered to an address that is not within Excel Hygiene’s recognized delivery network, Excel Hygiene will be unable to process the order further.
Prior to making payments for Products on the Platforms, the User will be asked to provide a shipping address. When entering shipping address details, the User should ensure that they provide correct, complete, and accurate information, as well as enough landmarks to aid in address identification. Excel Hygiene shall not be held liable at any time for any failure to deliver the purchased Products resulting from the User’s failure to provide correct, complete, and accurate information.
Following the successful placement of an order on the Platforms and the successful handover of the purchased Product(s) to Excel Hygiene’s Logistic Partner, the User will be given a unique traceability identity number, which will allow the User to track the condition of delivery of the purchase Orders. The User may use the traceability identity number on the Platforms or the Logistic Partner’s website and/or mobile application to determine the location of the purchased Product and the estimated time of delivery. Excel Hygiene shall make reasonable efforts to update the tracking status of the purchased Products on a timely basis.
Excel hygiene reserves the right to charge shipping charges on Products with a value less than a certain amount and/or Products paid for with cash on delivery or any other online mode of payment. If charged, such charges will not be refunded to the User for cancellations or returns made after the shipment of the purchased Products, unless the Product was defective at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by Excel Hygiene after due verification at its sole discretion). Title and risk of loss for all purchase Orders shall pass to the User upon their delivery to the User.
